Welcome back. Last time we did an evil shortstack. Now it’s time for a taller stacked girl!

Yes. Can you believe there was basically a million Pokémon characters and Pokémon themselves, but not you? This site has bad taste as usual.

Body

Hair
Shauntal has dark purple hair. It’s a great color, and Pokémon associates it with ghosts so it fits a Ghost type trainer. She also has nice blunt bangs as well! The problem is Shauntal’s hair is short, a bob cut, and while it’s not the worst (helps it’s not a haircut) it still hurts her. A shame!

Eyes
Shauntal has purple eyes. A nice color, goes well with her hair and clothes. Pokémon eyes are a bit too vertical though. And of course, we can’t forget Shauntal wears GLASSES! We hadn’t got a meganekko since Lorelei all the way back in Gen 1! Thankfully they became a bit more common afterwards with Malva and Wicke and whatnot, but we could use more. But yeah, Shauntal has some nice specs and it helps her score. Cool.

Build
Shauntal doesn’t have official data for this, which sucks. Her Masters model scales to about 168cm according to dataminers, which is good. Otherwise she does well “by default”, though there’s a chest issue but NOT the one you’re thinking of. Sure, she’s bustier than the average Pokémon girl, but only a little (She’s not Skyla or Melony). No, the issue is they didn’t give her cleavage despite her costume asking for it, and it looks unnatural. This applies to Alexa in the anime too. I somehow blame Lorelei’s anime appearance, another reason the Ash anime brings down the whole franchise…

Butt
Shauntal doesn’t show ass. She should let that to her partner Caitlin anyway, for a perfect split.

Clothes
Shauntal performs well here. Her regular outfit is pretty nice, being a purple and black dress with pantyhose and some other stuff. Her character designer said she’s based on the Nekomusume youkai, if curious. She also gets a kimono in Masters even though she’s from Poké-USA. Still, nice even if she could use more outfits.

Mind

Personality
Shauntal is simple but cool. She’s one of the Unova Elite Four, the four top trainers you have to fight before the Champion (final boss). That means she’s really skilled! She uses Ghost type, especially Chandelure as her ace which is one of the favorites for Topaz that generation. That aside she’s a writer, and uses her experiences to inspire her writing. She comes off as a nice girl, a bit distracted by her writing, but likable. She’s not complex as Pokémon characters rarely are, but for Elite Four standards she does well as they tend to lack development (Ultra Sun/Moon trailers promising more Kahili when it was that one scene still makes me sad). Not bad.

Reception
Shauntal does well sorta. While the Gen 5 games were divisive outside Japan (I liked them from the start, but alas), the Japanese liked them a lot and its cast has a good amount of fanart too. That includes Shauntal, who does well for E4 standards. I’m sure people like her character as well. Neat.

Libido
Shauntal shows none. Some might pair with her fellow E4 members, but that means either yuri, muscle man, or Dark-type gambler who thus leads because type differences. None of those are that good… She might be paired with the leads too, and that’s better, but still.

Age
Shauntal lacks a specific age. Knowing Pokémon she could be an adult, but she could be 15 too. I’ll go with this score for simplicity.

Voice
Yuka Nukui needs more roles. This is her Masters VA, as she wasn’t in the anime (thankfully).
